Not only will the cuber deliver tender meat, but it also allows for better absorption of marinades and rubs for tantalizing flavoring. For added convenience, a jerky slicer blade set is also included to easily slice meat into (15) 3/16" wide strips that are perfectly sized for making jerky. Great for butcher shops and meat purveyors, this versatile unit accommodates beef, poultry, pork, and venison up to 1 1/4" x 5" in size.
Dual Blade Assemblies
The meat tenderizer boasts dual blade assemblies with 31 stainless steel blades that effectively slice through connective tissues without tearing the meat, while 2 steel combs help guide the meat and prevent jamming.
Lightweight, Durable Design
Its lightweight welded cast aluminum design features a poly base and combines with 2 clamps to reliably secure the unit to tabletops up to 1 1/2" thick.
Included Tongs

Damaged Items Policy
For damage we state, "Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damaged, lost, or missing items. We may request pictures of the damage to help with this process." For this amount of damage which we would consider cosmetic, this would be something we are able to offer a partial refund for.
And that is just because we have no way of absolutely guaranteeing that a reshipment would not have similar cosmetic damage from transit.
