Fantastic is the word for this cup plate from a bygone era. It was in my grandmother's antique store that she had in Los Angeles in the 1960s and 70s. She had many of these types of plates so I have a few more in my store they are very old. It's certainly patriotic and a great thing to have around the house. If you have a collection it's in good condition ready to go to a new owner. It measures 3 and a 1/2 in across.
