    Description

    The Berkel 827E is a manual gravity feed slicer with a 12" chromium plated carbon steel blade. This slicer is constructed of sanitary anodized aluminum with a stainless steel finish. It has a 1/3 HP enclosed and permanently lubricated knife motor and can be disassembled quickly and without tools for easy cleaning.
