2 of the Christmas cards were sent by Japanese Billionaire Yoshiaki Tsutsumi. One is from his Seibu Railway Co..
Widely known as the world's richest man in 1990, he has fallen far. His Seibu Railway was delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange in December 2004 following the discovery of years of underreporting ownership ratios of its major shareholders including Tsutsumi. Arrested in March 2005, he was later fined just ,000 and received a four-year suspended prison sentence for his role in the scandal. Tsutsumi's stake in the newly formed Seibu Holdings is now just 5%, down from 36%, when it was known as Kokudo. U.S. investment company Cerberus is now its largest shareholder.
