We are selling an excellent condition commercial meat slicer.
This is model 3100 --manual
This model is missing the model number badge, but is verified the manual version of the Hobart 3100 Deli slicer
Mechanically it is in good condition, there is light wear on the guide rail , but it moves freely and smooth.
Weight is 88 pounds.
Dimensions are: 25 x 25 x 15"
Mechanically this is in excellent condition, It is very clean and has been taken care of.
It has a lever on the bottom that says automatic, but it is not engaged, this is only a manual slicer.
We would prefer local pickup but will ship this freight.
