    Description

    President Jimmy Carter Presidential Service Badge and Certificate.  The badge was awarded to a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps on October 12, 1977. The certificate is signed by the Director White House Military Office and the Secretary of the Navy.  Both items are professionally mounted in a glass covered frame and very attractive. It is extremely difficult to find both the certificate and badge together.
