This is a Handmade, Lots of Pink & Red Roses & Butterflies on cotton fabric, a square Tissue Box Cover. It has a white ribbon that is in a casing that gathers in front of box. You open the top of the tissue cover & put in the square box of tissues & pull the ribbon to gather & tie a bow. Each picture on the tissue cover is a little different, it is the way the fabric was cut.
