    Description

    Manual Gravity Feed Slicer has a compact, space saving design. Belt driven. Slices up to 9/16" thick. Includes built-in, top-mounted, two-stone sharpener. Hollow ground, hardened and polished forged chromium-plated carbon steel knife. 9" blade. Knife motor is completely enclosed and permanently lubricated.
    Stainless steel finish with sanitary, anodized aluminum. Permanent tapered knife ring guard covers non-slicing portion of the knife, even when the sharpener and center plate are removed. Allows for more room behind the knife for easy and safe cleaning. Does not require disassembly or the use of tools for cleaning. Moisture protected on/off switch.
