    Description

    This is a #40 Morgan Millwaukee vise with 4" jaws and a fixed base. There are no cracks and the screw appears to be straight. The front jaw will not open when the screw is turned. I think there is a pin which rides in the screw that is either broken or missing. The vise came from the closure of a Caterpillar owned plant.
