    Description

    COMPLETE Hobart slicer carriage knife unit with knife shaft guard ring and hub that came off a working 1612E.  It may fit other models, but I cannot say for sure.  The gear turned freely by hand and there was not any slop.  This is used, so the gear does have some wear.  The bearings seem ok, but they also have been used.  Please look the pictures over carefully.  Buy this and save big!  Check out my other Hobart slicer parts!
