United States CONGRESS Glass Brass Trinket Dish Metal Spin Craft N. Attleboro MA

Here is a vintage handmade circa 1950-1960's heavy round brass and glass desk change / key / trinket dish  / tray with a deeply embossed UNITED STATES CONGRESS on inside bottom under the glass with the GREAT SEAL in center. stamped on back of brass is "METAL SPIN-CRAFT N. ATTLEBORO MASS". this heavy brass wrapped dish / tray has rolled edges over thick heavy glass and is shaped like a saucer. measures 6 3/8" across top and has a raised bottom rim riser that is 3" across. stands a hair under 1". weighs 14 oz. no cracks to glass, has all natural patina to brass metal. inside brass under glass has a small dark tarnish spot on upper left hand side and the back has a larger dark tarnish area at upper portion of saucer. the back of brass could be cleaned and or polished by someone with knowledge of proper cleaning but I will leave that decision up to the new owner. please view all pics.
