With a 12-inch precision slicing German hollow ground blade, the Univex 7512 commercial value series slicer would be ideal for medium-volume delis and restaurant kitchens. The anodized aluminum constructed unit is designed for slicing meat and small amounts of cheese. It has a built-in sharpener that is easily removable for cleaning. A drip tray fence guides liquids away from the unit's controls and the user and has a detachable carriage that is easy to clean. It operates on a 1/2-horsepower motor.
