Vintage 1950s - 1960s, 24" Deluxe Reading Doll with Miracle Vinyl / Magic Skin

Item: 24" Vintage Deluxe Reading doll. I have not been able to pinpoint her exact character / name / collection. She is from either the 1950s or 1960s.
Condition:
The hair is messy. Her "skin" is still soft and pliable to the touch, and is undamaged. Her eyes have some discoloration on the lids. Her sleepy eyes work. She has assorted areas that are dirty, for example her feet/lower legs, visible in photos (especially the last photo of the backs of her heels).
Edited to add: Later noticed, there is a red stain on her wrist, presumably from the dress, and that same arm has some "speckling" on it. Not sure if the speckles are damage to the skin or surface soiling.
