Vintage Wood/Cloth/Straw, Puerto Rican Girl. Intricately crafted, party dress

Cute, 8 inch tall female doll dressed in traditional Puerto Rican outfit. She's in style with straw hat, flowing dress, vest coverlet, necklace and bag.
The clothing is probably cotton and satin. The hat and bag are made of woven straw. The words, 'Puerto Rico.' are written in black marker across the hat. The body is made of wood. Face
features
and hair is painted. Shoes are painted red and oversized so she stands easily.
The handiwork is impressive. The clothing is exquisitely tailored. The arms, hip and legs are repositionable. The head is fixed. Legs, arms, and hips feel like they are spring attached inside the body. The figure has undergarments that include a petticoat and underwear that look like short pants with pockets. No label. My guess is that it's around 60 years old.
