Wilton A9450 Bullet Vise Machinist w 4.5" Jaws, Schiller Park - No Exp. Stamp

Older Wilton vise. Works fine. There appears to be a replacement part on the face behind the screw ... see pics. I spent 10 minutes reading how to date these and have included the best picture I could get of the key stamp. I cannot make it out even with a glass. Offered in as found condition. Does not look like anyone has beat the handle with a hammer.
