These are American made old stock wire wheels for your bench grinder. The center hole is 2" and designed for adapter/washers like these I found on ebay .

One wheel has a bit of surface rust on the bristle, but the bristles are not brittle.

I am an independent, and I get no breaks on shipping costs. I PRE-figure everything I sell, and look at options before posting. There are NO rush orders here either. ALLOW FIVE FULL DAYS FOR YOUR PURCHASE JUST TO LEAVE HERE plus shipping time(as I am 12hr. shift worker with varied schedule.) USPS IS SLOW when mailed 'standard post' like most of my small items are. Small parts usually leave here much faster than 5 days(see feedback). I'm telling you up front, so I shouldn't have to worry about 'slow' shipping feedback.  This is only a hobby. I am not a business, and I generally do one vehicle or parts lot at a time, and NORMALLY get things out pretty quick. I do not insure items shipped by US mail, like parcel or priority (The post office won't pay up when at fault, that's why.) AND because I package well, so I have had 99.5% success. I USUALLY only mail small items this way. All UPS or Fedex items are insured for value. I ALSO DO NOT PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS, but if I use eBay's shipping service, you WILL receive that info from Ebay.
